i had mouth ulcer for the last 2 years. I treated with antibiotics and in evry 30 days i had to see the doctor and relief will be for the first 10 days. I saw a homeo doctor and the neck pain and ulcer are reduced. Now i found a point on the back-rightside of the neck a pain. and when the ulcer develops the pain also develops. Severe headache also. two lines can be seen on the sides of mouth nearer to the teeth. Can any one help?

Just been to see the doc about my neck, from his reaction there is obviously something wrong with it, I was going to tell him about the ulcers (which are thankfully under control) but he has no interest in anything I say so I didnít. I have to see a rhumatologist now. Not happy.

I have had lots of problems over the past few months with gum abcesses, treated with antibiotics, then swollen lymph glands and now severe mouth ulcers as well!

I suffer from stress and major depression. Can anyone offer me a solution to the mouth probs. as they are making the depression even worse right now!!

Fighting an infection can cause swollen glands (neck) and can also lead to aching muscles and neck. You are more succeptible to mouth ulcers at this time.

I just started nerve meds today,Lexapro
it takes about 6 weeks to kick in,I really want to see if this is all from stress b/c prior to my outbreak 7 yrs ago,I was so stressed I was in tears and than I ate a pineapple and thought it was acid, than I thought it was a vitamin problem.letís see what happens by the end of the summer for me

Dear Carolyn....The only connection I can see about neck problems and mouth ulcers is that itís probably all STRESS related!!! Why wouldnít a doctor tink of that???..oh well...we are know about doctors..most of them donít even take canker sores as anything serious....Lucille

Every time I get an outbreak of mouth ulcers, I have neck problems. Stiff neck, pinched nerve in neck pressing on the nerve to my left hand. The doctor says they are not related to each other, but I canít help but think they are.
