Toothpaste

I have suffered from mouth ulcers all my life until seeing an article by the British doctor and tv presenter Michael Mosely. In it, he explained how the common ingredient used as a foaming agent in nearly ALL toothpastes, sodium lauryl sulphate irritates the gums and tissues, if you are prone to suffering mouth ulcers. I changed my brand several years ago and now I get far fewer ulcers, they do not become so severe, only mild, and heal more quickly. This virtually changed my life, thank you Michael! There are few toothpastes on the market with no sodium lauryl sulphate, I now use Sensodyne original. If this problem blights your life, I urge you to try this simple change.
