Many posts refer to various foods, toothpastes, mouthwashes but be aware that they are not in themseves the cause but it is how they affect on the ph balance in the mouth and leave gums and tongue vulnerable. Note the following and research it more "Maintaining a good pH balance in the mouth allows a healthy balance of good and bad bacteria. Many of the good bacteria in our mouth are harmless and some bacteria, known as probiotics, aid in the digestion of foods. Other good bacteria actually protect our teeth and gums."
