What more can the doctors do

I am in my mid 20s and have been getting constantly mouth ulcers for the last 18 months. After about 6 months of them, I went to a see a dentist, who gave me a clean bill of oral health, over after another 6 weeks of them, I went the GP, who said it was oral thrush, wouldn't listen, that the dentist had said there was no sign of oral thrush, so gave me oral thrush treatment, I did follow this treatment plan. After about 2 more months of ulcers, by this time I had lost about 15lbs (extremely healthy weight prior) the GP noted that I had been diagnoized with raynauds a year ago and I mentioned that I have been very tired and dizzy lately, so ordered blood tests, and referred to rheumatologist, so was dismissive as soon as he found I didn't have any joint pain, but did prescribe me Kenalog, which have helped but I find it hard to sleep with it on.
