Hi just came across this thread and this is the first time i have seen anything relating with smoking and ulcers. I have quit now for 6 months and suffered so bad with ulcers and still havnt cured them. As anyone with the smoking problem found aftazen works am desperate here. Trying the vitamin option at the moment such as b12, folic acid, zinc. Am really needing to know before i waste money thanks

I'm interested to read of the connection between ulcers and smoking. I smoked for over 40 years and never suffered any kind of oral trouble until I stopped after which time I have been plagued with them, currently having three at the same time, agony. However, my doctor claims there's no connection at all but I've had enough. I have never heard of this drug but in desperation and some trepidation I'm going to give them a go. I'm disappointed to find that it will take 4-6weeks, which means I'll have to 'invest' in another course before I'm convinced that they actually work. Watch this space ant I'll keep you informed.

Hi Steve, hang in there buddy, the mouth ulcers will go but that is dangerous time when you may start smoking again. Last time I stopped I had the mouth ulcers for 9 months and when they at last went I started smoking again, and before that they went after 5 months and I started smoking again soon after, is that weired or what? I stopped smoking last Saturday and the mouth ulcers are just starting to kick in, however this time I am going to find the cure for these pesky ulcers and not go back to smoking. I'll let you know how I get on.

Hi, how do I add my name to the aftazen trial? After 8 months of not smoking Im so close to buying a pack of cigarettes, just to alleviate the pain. I know it would be such a shame, Im so proud of the example Im setting my 3 young boys, but the thought of another 40 years of not being able to enjoy food, or speak properly, makes smoking and the possibility of cancer seem almost inviting. Ridiculous I know.

Bertrand Girin has kindly offered a trial of Aftazen, a new preventative treatment. The only obligation is to complete an end-of-trial questionnaire and perhaps be contacted by one of his research staff. Aftazen is a measured daily supplement containing aloe vera, B vitamins and zinc, all of which are rated well in the treatments survey. This offer will be limited to 100 people and will start on Monday 20th September.

HOW CAN I BUY AFTAZEN IN THE UNITED STATES?
ROSE 9 September 10
Going by the ingredients, Aftazen looks like a combination of various B vitamins (which some people have reported lessen the frequency of mouth ulcers) along with zinc (again, some people have reorted this helps, though study results are unclear) and aloe vera. The medical effectiveness of the latter hasn't been conculsively proven, but it may have some antibacterial and antifungal properties. I'm not sure if there's anything else in it.

Trust me. AftaZen is the best. My mother had been suffered from mouth ulcers in 30 years. After 2 months taking aftazen, she no longer has any ulcer. Thanks for Aftagen.

This is the first I've read about Aftazen. I looked for any mention of the product at the U.S. National Center for Biotechnology Information site, covering all databases, and didn't find a single instance. I find that odd if Aftazen does what it claims to do. The URL to do the search yourself is http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/gquery?term=aftazen
I searched "high and wide" on the Internet for any hint of what Aftazen is, but only get what looks to me like hype.

Thanks for taking the time to post such a detailed report Sarah, it is really convincing, must buy some 3 months ago.

I have been taking it for 3 months now and my ulcers are gone. It is such a relief.
Sarah 13 August 10
My niece, previously plagued by ulcers, started taking it a month ago and hasn't had one ulcer since. She is convinced it works. I've just received my tablets so I'll let you know how I get on.

Just received a further email of them, now offering free samples in exchange for completing a survey. Any news on use?
Robin How 20 June 10
Is it really completely natural or are there any other ingredients in it??
Dell 19 June 10
I bought the product last week. Received it 3 days later. I keep you posted.
Sarah 20 May 10
I'm sorry but it just looks like a marketing job, doesn't look very convincing to me.
Rachel 20 May 10
Obviously they are on a marketing drive at present, emails keep pinging in - not sure how they are targeting them....
Robin 19 May 10
no, just wondering the same thing as you
