Corsodyl toothpaste

Yes, I bought this toothpaste over the weekend and I noticed the brown colour. The taste was disgusting. I went to retrieve the packaging from the bin to check the expiry date. It expires in 2020, so I began digging to find out if I bought the right thing and if the colour was brown. This confirms my fears. I have been using the mouth wash which works. I do not know if I will continue with the toothpaste because it is giving me severe stomach pain as I am typing this. It is going to the bin.

This toothpaste is DISGUSTING. I had high hopes that it would help cure my bleeding gums my husband to see me use it the first time and saw me retch several times. He wouldn't believe me and thought I was acting the maggot. Imean who would have thought a toothpaste could be so bad! Only when I googled it and saw so many NJ y similar responses dud he believe me. Went straight into the bin

I thought I'd try it! Big mistake, it says on the packaging it has a unique formulation that gives a therapeutic taste!"it has a unique taste.most people liked its unique taste after 14 days of using corsodyl. Seriously!!! It should say theraputrid taste! This substance has no place in the mouth. It should carry a government health warning. Sure it's unique! I will agree with that but that's as far as it goes. The foul taste lasts for hours. If you imagine crushing used cat litter into a paste and then brushing your teeth. This theraputrid! Substance would come second in the taste test. I,m taking mine back to the supermarket for a refund. Do not even try it out of interest I was almost sick! Use the mouth was instead.
They definitely did not taste test this product on humans unless they had no taste buds!

I use Sensodyne blue gel one as it does not contain Sodium Laurl Sulphate, it is very pleasant to use with a minty taste and it has helped me a lot. In UK it costs around 1.50 and as I only use it myself it really lasts for ages. when I watch my diet and use Sensodyne my mout is ulcer free.

Thank goodness someone said it's a brownish colour, I was worried I bought a bad tube of the stuff and the taste is rancide and for hours after your mouth tastes of salt, but if that is how it should be, hey ho.

Hi there folks
Liz here,
On Sunday 9 August I went on to this site looking for some help from all you good folk out there I was so miserable with inside cheek huge ulcers, occasionally I get these bad ones but these were the worst ever, the pain was OTT. I suspected pineapples were the culprit as they are very cheap at the moment and so tasty and sweet. I also was eating different kinds of nuts in salads and listening to the 'eat 5 portions of fruits daily' for health which included lots of fruits and all sorts on them. One week later, I have eaten no fruit, especially pineapple, no nuts, no vinegar on chips and my mouth is almost healed. I also drank lots of water and used a mouthwash called Oraldine which helped the healing but I know that the nuts and fruit for me is now a bad trigger. Please try elimination from these if you are eating a lot of this stuff and let me know if it works for you as for the future for myself also. It is also a cheap way for healing as some of the treatments are so expensive and mostly do not work as I have tried most of them. Hopefulyy I have found a cure for me!! I would appreciate anyone finding similar experience.

I used to enjoy brushing my teeth but corsodyl toothpaste has to be the most disgusting toothpaste I have ever used in my life! It actually makes my eyes water plus it's really expensive! What was this company thinking of???

Just a quick note to say I've tried this out today as I noticed it has none of the bad ingredients listed on the article here (had been using Squigle for 2 months without any ulcers, but it's so expensive). However, it is absolutely disgusting to taste! I've had to throw it out after one use as it is so awful. To start with it's a brown colour, which is a bad start, and then it tastes very salty to me. I was nearly sick!

My recommendation is to avoid it!
